Methodology determining site types:
Frontier: Frontier sites are our back-end sites. These sites have
full hookups on a 50 x 30 lot. These sites have spartan accommodations, but get the job done.
Blue: Blue sites are our standard sites and are predominantly
back in sites with generally less space between neighbors or that may be harder
to maneuver into with larger rigs.
Orange: Orange sites are our mid grade sites with a
little more privacy, some are back ins with a view of the creek but are predominantly
pull through sites or are back in sites with a little more space to spread out or
privacy. These sites are geared more toward if you are towing and don’t want to
un-hook. These sites are easy in and easy out.
Gold: Gold sites are our premium sites and are all pull
through and have the largest front yards or overlook the creek or the softball fields.
These sites are easy in and easy out and are long enough to accommodate the largest
of rigs.
